The tour company in Buenos Aires took excellent care of us, beyond the call of duty (e.g., Patricia, our guide, made an extra trip to the Marriott to pick up our extra luggage when we went to Iguazu and they came to transfer us to the ship).
Iguazu was fantastic! Thanks for getting us into the Tropical Cartartas. It was a thrill of a lifetime. You're arrangements there were perfect.

The Surexpress people in Buenos Aries were timely, courteous and helpful. The MT people in Montevideo we're just as professional.
The hotel is very clean and the staff very nice.
Punta del Este is quite the resort town and very family orientated. When we return we'd be looking for a more secluded more adult experience.
The Las Americas in Buenos Aries was in a great location just a block from the shopping on Santa Fe and only a couple of blocks from The Avenue 9th of July. Again the staff was excellent.

"We have just returned from a trip to Argentina set up by your agent in Brazil, Hugo Spinola. We had a super time and would like to return in the next couple of years.
The agents and guides that took care of us were superb and helpful. We thought the hotels were wonderful ,especially Puella (such character) but we did prefer the Eidelweiss over the Panamericano in Bariloche. Hugo did a good job and was helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and, as I say, we want to go back. We feel the Argentines are so nice and the food in Chile SO good!"

We returned from Argentina yesterday, and wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time. I think we'll be booking part two of this trip next year in November, with more time in Buenos Aires.
The local agent delivered our vouchers as promised in B.A. and checked to make sure we received them.
All in all the trip was incredible and we've gotten to love Argentina people, food and the wines. We found many of the birds we were looking for, and saw some incredible scenery.

Good morning Basi Alvarez
We have just returned from our South American trip which was an excellent
experience. The plans which you made for us worked well. Now for comments on the remainder of our trip.
1. Hotel Gala, Vina del Mar. We enjoyed the hotel which was very well
situated with a view of the river and the Pacific Ocean. Breakfast was
first-rate.
2. Hotel Edelweiss, Bariloche. We enjoyed this hotel which was excellently located. A good room and breakfast. (The dining room was also very good.)
3. Bariloche Small Circuit. This was an excellent tour and we had a very
good guide - Isabel - who reserved for us the two seats directly behind
her as we were the only non-Spanish speakers in the group.
4. Bariloche to Puerto Varas - two day excursion. We enjoyed this trip and service provided by Cruce de Logos was very good. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Peulla and had a good room and meals.
5. Hotel, Cabanas del Lagos, Puerto Varas. An excellent hotel.
There is no doubt that Chile is
one of the best countries in the world to visit - excellent scenery and accommodations and very helpful and friendly people.
Your assistance in planning this great trip is much appreciated.
